• A readiness survey is sent five days before the procedure to proactively identify gaps in preparation
• Patients confirm key steps such as picking up their bowel prep, stopping medications, and arranging a ride home.
• Based on responses, patients receive targeted recommendations – like contacting their care team or reviewing specific education pages
