The start of a new year is always a good moment to pause, reflect, and acknowledge what made progress possible.

As we kick off 2026, we’re incredibly grateful for the hospital and health system partners across Canada who trust us with an important mission: improving the patient experience and supporting care teams.

A Year of Growing Momentum

Over the past year, we saw more organizations than ever double down on digital care journeys – not just to “go digital,” but to deliver better care, reduce friction, and help patients feel supported outside the hospital walls.

This shift isn’t about technology for technology’s sake. It’s about helping patients feel more confident at home, ensuring they receive the right education at the right time, and giving care teams the tools to provide proactive support at scale.

Across our Canadian partner community, we’ve seen a shared focus on:

  • Improving the patient experience beyond the hospital
  • Supporting care teams with scalable workflows
  • Reducing avoidable follow-ups and unnecessary utilization
  • Creating more consistent, reliable care journeys

Hearing the Stories Directly from the People Doing the Work

To better capture what this transformation looks like in real life, we asked our Canadian hospital and health system partners to share their experiences working with SeamlessMD – and what digital care transformation has looked like for their teams and patients.

Here’s what they had to say 👇

Thank You

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the leaders and teams who shared their voices and experiences in this video – and to every partner across Canada who is pushing forward, improving care, and finding ways to support patients beyond the walls of the hospital.

With gratitude, and excitement for what’s ahead in 2026.
