SeamlessMD is excited to announce that it is now a verified Virtual Visit Solution for Healthcare Providers in Ontario. Ontario Health and Ontario Telemedicine Network has an established verification process for virtual care solutions to assist health service providers in implementing platforms that meet the provincial standard. These standards enable more choice for providers in selecting the technology that best meets their care delivery needs, while ensuring clinical encounters are secure and patient privacy is protected.

Hospitals and health systems across Ontario such as Trillium Health Partners, Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre and William Osler Health System, trust SeamlessMD to elevate the patient experience, improve outcomes and lower costs. The platform acts as a virtual companion for patients travelling through healthcare journeys for surgery, oncology and chronic care, providing access to digital care plans on their smartphones, tablets and/or computers. Through SeamlessMD, patients stay connected to their healthcare teams via reminders, education and progress-tracking, while giving providers the ability to monitor patients, receive alerts, and access analytics to improve care.

With this latest designation by the Ontario Telemedicine Network, SeamlessMD is now a verified Virtual Visit Solution and also remains the only Canadian solution on the OTN Vendor of Record for Surgical Transition Solutions.
