This guidance and real-time connection empowers patients to adhere to personalized education and protocols, and allows clinicians to catch issues early, resulting in shorter hospital stays, fewer readmissions, and better outcomes overall.

SeamlessMD’s results speak for themselves. Health systems such as MultiCare—a 12 hospital system in Washington state—have implemented the platform across multiple specialties, achieving measurable outcomes such as shorter length of stay, increased profit per patient, and fewer procedure cancellations.
