Montreal, Quebec– May 31, 2017 – The Montreal Heart Institute (MHI) has selectedSeamlessMD’s enterprise platform for patient engagement and care management toreinforce its position as an industry leader for cardiac surgery, focused on safer recoveryand higher patient satisfaction. MHI is consistently ranked as one of the top cardiaccenters in the world, and is Canada’s largest cardiac centre, performing over 1,900 cardiacsurgeries annually.Over the last year, MHI’s surgical team has helped develop new cardiac protocols toimprove the patient experience and satisfaction. Adding to this innovation, patientsundergoing cardiac surgery at MHI now have access to SeamlessMD, a free technologyplatform available on smartphones, tablets and computers to help patients and familiesprepare for surgery and stay on track during recovery.
